There has been a lot of talk surrounding the Hollywood actress Shailene Woodley, since it was confirmed that she will be playing Mary Jane Watson in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. However, before she is seen in that famous role, Shailene will first star alongside Miles Teller in the movie The Spectacular Now and two new pictures for the movie have now been released.

 

 

The synopsis for The Spectacular Now is as follows:

 

The Spectacular Now centres around two young character. Sutter, who is a high school senior who lives for the moment and Aimee, who is the introvert he attempts to “save.” As their relationship deepens, the lines between right and wrong, friendship and love, and “saving” and corrupting become inextricably blurred.

 

 

As well as starring Shailene Woodley and Miles Teller, The Spectacular Now also stars Brie Larson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Kyle Chandler. The Spectacular Now is directed by James Ponsoldt, based on a screenplay by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, and is set to feature at the Sundance Film Festival later this month.
