American Idol host Ryan Seacrest boasts a home that is said to be worth around $37.5m, with the property growing ever since Ryan moved in. Ryan has increased the size of the property to 9,500 square feet, buying the two neighbouring houses and creating a pond on the property.

Ryan Seacrest is not the first celebrity name to own this wonderful house, with former owners being celebrity couple Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi, who were married in one of the rooms of the property. The house boasts a media room, meditation room and a living room that overlooks Los Angeles.
