Nicole Scherzinger suffering from too much work

There are certain people in the entertainment industry who love to keep themselves busy and are always doing a number of different things in their career. For Nicole Scherzinger, that is definitely the case and, while her stint on The X Factor looks to have freed some time up for her, Nicole is still very busy indeed, and she has admitted that she sometimes overdoes it.

Scherzinger shared, "Just recently I've been sick so I've been having to steam a lot and my skin was really amazing. [It's because] I'm a workaholic so I don't sleep much. I'm always travelling and I find that not sleeping catches up with you. I believe that moderation is key, so when you get sick, it's your body telling you to slow down. My remedy for being ill is sleep, lots of liquids, and a wellness shot. Lots of ginger, lemon, cayenne and oregano oil."
While Nicole Scherzinger clearly enjoys taking some interesting concoctions when she it ill, it seems that the beautiful star also believes that there are certain things that you should do in order to keep yourself healthy and strong. Nicole says that she is a big fan of taking supplements, as she feels that, as well as keeping you feeling good, it also helps you to look good.
Scherzinger added, "Vitamins are vital and I believe in them. Beauty comes from within for your skin, hair and nails. I also have the collagen drinks, they're my favourites. As women get older, things aren't always the same. Things aren't as strong and radiant but my hair, skin and nails are definitely stronger since taking the vitamins."
Well, when you consider the fact that Nicole Scherzinger is now approaching 40, yet she still looks better than women half her age, she is clearly doing something right.
