Katy Perry recently stunned in a beautiful Naeem Khan dress at the UNICEF snowflake ball in New York City.  However, Katy is revealing in a recent interview that she didn’t feel as good as other thought she looked. She told US Weekly [via the US Weekly Magazine] at the ball, "I feel like my [fat] is sticking out so bad right now.  I almost always wear [Spanx], but not tonight, and I feel it pushing out, making me look fat."

 

She added, "I like to say I run on the elliptical for 30 minutes watching CNN, but I don't do it often enough.  So I'm just like, 'Oh, I guess I'm not fitting into this Lanvin dress for these couple of months.'

 

Katy is currently linked to her on again/off again boyfriend John Mayer, who is said to be ‘smitten’ with her.  US Weekly’s source added that at Katy’s birthday party in October, she and John were in their own world and didn’t even notice anyone else.

 

Both Katy and John have had tumultuous relationships in the past, with Katy getting divorced from Russell Brand recently and John Mayer breaking up with a string of relationships including Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson, and Taylor Swift.
