There are a lot of young and talented stars who come through in the entertainment industry every year, hoping to go on to make a name for themselves in the business and become one of the biggest and best names in their chosen industry. We have seen plenty of young stars coming through in Hollywood over the years, some who have gone on to make it big and others who have failed to make the step up.

One of the young and talented stars who we have enjoyed seeing coming through in the acting industry in recent years is the wonderfully impressive actress Joey King, who has been enjoying quite the rise in Hollywood over the years. Next up for Joey is a role in the eagerly anticipated movie Slender Man, which will focus on the stories of Slender Man, which have almost become legend.

We have no doubt that most of you will already be familiar with what the Slender Man stories are all about and how they have spread around the world, with the new Slender Man movie being described as, "Slender Man tells the story of a tall, thin, horrifying figure with unnaturally long arms and a featureless face, who is reputed to be responsible for the haunting and disappearance of countless children and teens."

As well as having Joey King on board to star in the movie, the Slender Man cast will also include the likes of Javier Botet, Julia Goldani Telles, Annalise Basso, Kevin Chapman, and Jaz Sinclair, among others. Slender Man has been directed by Sylvain White and is set to hit the big screen on August 24 in both the US and the UK.
