There is certainly no rest for the wicked and that goes double for talented actors in Hollywood. Enter Joel Kinnaman, who has been making a bit name for himself lately and that seems set to continue further.

Joel Kinnaman stars in the television series The Killing, which has just been confirmed for a third season, as well as the fact that he only recently completed filming his lead role in the RoboCop remake. Now, Joel is in talks to star in yet another project, which will see him kept busy for quite some time.

The movie Child 44 is expected to begin production later this year, with Tom Hardy and Noomi Rapace already signed on to star in the film. With casting still very much underway, it has been reported that Joel Kinnaman is in talks to join the cast of Child 44.

While Child 44 will star Noomi Rapace and Tom Hardy, and potentially Joel Kinnaman, it will be directed by Daniel Espinosa, based on the screenplay which Richard Price has developed from the novel by Tom Rob Smith. Meanwhile, Ridley Scott and Michael Costigan will be on producing duties for the project.
