Heartfelt tributes pour in for the late great Alan Thicke
We are sure that by now you have all heard the terrible news that the great Alan Thicke has passed away, with reports claiming that the wonderful man passed away following a heart attack that he suffered while playing hockey with his son Carter. It is no surprise that the tributes have been pouring in from all over the world, with some of the stars that he has worked with over the years keen to pay their respects.
Alyssa Milano, who worked with Alan Thicke in Dance 'Til Dawn back in 1988, took to her official Twitter account to say, "Alan Thicke was always the nicest and happiest person in the room. Gone way too soon. Rest In Peace," while Ben Stiller remembered, "Just heard of #AlanThicke's passing. 1st job in LA was as an intern for him... He was a very nice boss. Sending good thoughts to his family."
Meanwhile, Full House and Fuller House co-star Candace Cameron Bure wrote, "I'm sad beyond words that Alan Thicke has passed away. I've known you since I was 8 years old and so glad I had the pleasure of working with you again so recently on Fuller House. You were a part of my family and hockey family. You will be greatly missed. My heart hurts."
Fellow Full House cast mate, Bob Saget, also gave his tribute, saying, "So sad is the passing of Alan Thicke. Such a good husband, father, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed. Rest in peace dear Alan."
