Entourage movie gets the green light from Warner Bros.

Ever since it was confirmed that the television series Entourage would be coming to an end, there has been talk of there being an Entourage movie. Since the series finale, there have been a few bumps in the road for the Entourage film and producer Mark Wahlberg even offered to fund the movie himself.

The last we heard about the Entourage movie being made, was last year, when we were told that creator Doug Ellin was getting ever nearer to completing the screenplay for the film. Now, it seems that Doug has finished the Entourage screenplay and they are continuing to move forward with the project.

It is full steam ahead for the Entourage movie, now that Warner Bros. has given the film the green light. There is no official start date yet and no official release date but we do know that the Entourage film will be directed by Doug Ellin and that negotiations are currently ongoing with the cast of the hit series.

It is expected that Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Jeremy Piven and Jerry Ferrara will all return for the Entourage movie and there are bound to be plenty of cameo appearances from some of the Hollywood greats.

Do you think the Entourage movie is a good idea or should they leave well alone?
