Actress and singer Ariana Grande is probably known best for her performances in the hit Nickelodeon series Victorious. With that show now ending, Ariana is looking to move on with her career and is focussing on her music for now. Ariana has just released her new single The Way, featuring Mac Miller, and she has been talking about the track.

Grande told Billboard, "He played me 'The Way,' and I said, 'Oh, that's it. We have to do that one -- that's what we have to go with.' I cut my vocal on it, and then Mac and I had been hanging out for a while at that point, and I was like, 'I really want you to feature on this record. What do you think?' And he said, 'Sounds like a hit to me!"

Ariana then admitted that she is just trying to prove that she is moving on with her career and growing up, "I'm just trying to grow up and live my life and entertain people as well. I don't think there needs to be any big landmark of 'Ariana grew up' -- although I do kiss Mac Miller in my video, so that's quite a statement!"

Ariana Grande has everything going for her and has all the potential to have a long and successful career. Not only does she have a fantastic singing voice but she has also proven that she can act and is a beautiful young woman to boot. Keep an eye on Ariana Grande as she is certainly a star on the rise.
