Anne Hathaway injures Dark Knight stuntman
It has been reported that Anne Hathaway has left a stuntman on the set of the latest Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises, with a black eye. It is believed that the actress got a bit too carried away during a fight sequence and hit the stuntman in the face with a gun.
A source close to the incident revealed, "Anne got a bit carried away during a fight scene and mistakenly shoved the butt of the gun right into the actor's eye socket. He came away with a massive black eye – Anne was mortified."
Anne Hathaway plays the character Selina Kyle, whose alter ego is the Catwoman, in The Dark Knight Rises. Christian Bale will once again reprise the role of the caped crusader, making it his third appearance as Batman. The Dark Knight Rises is set for release on July 20, 2012.
